NYS ESD TCPC (Temporary Certification Processing Center)

Following the successful implementation of the SuperCAP pilot program and the resulting processing of over 950 MWBE certification applications, ESD selected r6catalyst from a competitive bid procurement process to manage and implement the TCPC (Temporary Certification Processing Center). The goal of the TCPC is to review and complete analytical processing of over 3500 MWBE applications within 18 months.

impact
As part of this ongoing program, we were successful in completed processing and providing detailed recommendations for approval/denial on over 3500 certification applications since February 2023. This monumental effort eliminated the certification backlog for ESD allowing for increased turnaround times for processing all future MWBE certification applications.
