discussed, I would rather Shenoy have access to all the pages.  =
 (although I do need your team to clean up the backend this =
weekend)

Cassandra, you can show them how to edit/change =
content on the child pages – such as services, leadership, firm =
profile, etc.  Most likely, they will not inquire about creating =
new pages.  If they do, discourage them from trying to add new =
pages – explain how it would affect the entire menu, site map, =
etc.   Focus on news, job manager, projects.  I would =
spend 3 hours navigating the website, and an hour on social media (I am =
certain other than LinkedIn, Ravi doesn’t have other social media =
accounts).
