Instruction and Training
r6catalyst was engaged by Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) to provide management, marketing and technical and IT training, professional development and career advancement on behalf of their client, Johnson & Johnson (J&J).
The program participants, 13 veterans, were chosen after detailed assessments of their skills and capabilities. Post- training, we evaluated their learning and retention ability. As a testament to our in-depth training program, over 95% of the program participants were directly hired by client.
We developed detailed course syllabi with clear project objectives, tests, evaluation criteria; to make learning
more meaningful to the participants, the r6catalyst team of practicing industry professionals used interactive, engaging methods including self-assessment quizzes, team/ small group assignments, and case studies. Training culminated with final assignment/project that was part of the final evaluation/ grading.
