r6catalyst was engaged by Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) to conduct a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Boot camp for their client, Prudential. Our role involved developing CAPM examination preparatory material including tests and quizzes, detailed course syllabus based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), training and instruction, evaluation and grading.
The r6catalyst team provided an intensive two-week long training on project management and coordination, scheduling and CPM, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Risk Management and Technology (MS Office, MS Project). The participants included forty vetted veterans as part of their professional development and career advancement. Our approach included case studies, tests and quizzes, small group and individual assignments, test-taking strategies, and one-on-one training.
Our training resulted in a 100% pass rate on the CAPM exam, following which the participants were employed in multiple departments at Prudential.
