For this small technology start-up, r6catalyst developed a complete business strategy that included brand/identity and marketing campaign. We conducted a thorough situational (SWOT) analysis of the company, its services and products, competition and target market segments. The client stayed engaged throughout the entire process that consisted of several brainstorming sessions, interviews with stakeholders and meetings with the rm’s potential customers. We developed channel and revenue strategy, marketing/ communications and PR plan, financial modeling, channel/ partner development strategy, and corporate identity.
Brand positioning included new website design, comprehensive marketing campaign, design of all marketing material – case studies, brochures, customer-specific PowerPoint and video presentations, and paid media advertising.
The r6catalyst team also assisted with identifying, planning and managing events, developing customized literature and presentations for several events. Continuing to increase visibility and PR, we were able to secure the client various speaking engagements, and opportunities to feature in leading industry publications.
