r6catalyst has been working with Intelligent Security Systems (ISS) since its inception as a small technology start-up in 2006. As a trusted partner, we provided comprehensive business assessment and planning involving detailed market analyses, SWOT/PEST Analysis, target client and market research, and product positioning strategy. Our team also developed organizational development processes and procedures (including dealer and distribution policies, pricing structure, and credit and deliverables’ policies).
We have conducted leadership training on strategy, marketing and sales internally, and on behalf of ISS to its dealers and strategic partners. Developed and managed a global sales training program, customized for A/E/C firms and IT Systems Integrators. Developed continuing education credit(s) program in association with IEEE, course development, as well as delivery coaching. Promoted vendor diversity and implemented training programs. Conducted onsite training and online recorded webinars.
We continue to provide marketing development and communications services, including brand strategy, website design and development, all print and digital marketing material (case studies, newsletters, press releases, etc.), and social media strategy.
