The photo session was a suggestion, not a confirmed plan. Besides, we have
gathered adequate photographs to be able to launch per target date. There
are various other elements that need to be completed including coding,
programming, content creation and design. We need your input on content, as
well as finalizing services and project categories.

It will take several days to get the correct images for all the projects.
As a professional courtesy I will make time to take photographs. I do not
need any member of your staff to take time away from their regular work
routine. However, we need to confirm the projects – several do not have
descriptions or even addresses.

I would like to finalize projects and services as soon as you are available
(either on the phone or in person), and schedule a progress review/update
for Thursday anytime after 4 P.M. Please confirm.
