Since 2010, r6catalyst has been providing various marketing and business development services to Shenoy Engineering, P.C., a certified MBE firm.
From developing strategies for business growth and development, we provided:
- Client acquisition and business development – Pursuit planning and proposal management – go/no-go decision making process, created customized material in response to RFPs/RFQs highlighting differentiators and showcasing capabilities
- Strategic teaming and alliances with large and small Prime Engineering and Architectural firms – identifying and targeting potential teaming opportunities, strategic positioning, market diversify cation, identifying and vetting sub-contractors, building client relationships.

Since the start of our services, Shenoy has succeeded in winning 4 contracting opportunities, in the range of $1 – $8 Million, as Prime consultant.
