Our marketing services included a phased revamping of corporate identity components, including print and digital presentations, involvement in strategic planning of market/ brand positioning and product stratification, as well as a ground-up design and development of a database management system to coordinate customer relationships as well as opportunity tracking.
Our business development scope of services involved implementing the business plan that included Market research, SWOT/PEST Analysis, goals-setting, outreach and developing alliances with Prime consultants, A/E/C firms, and various city and state agencies, market expansion and diversification strategy. Senior management was involved in developing and outlining the business strategy, and middle management and other team members were consulted to better understand all facets of the business from a sales, business development, marketing and strategic point of view. The close involvement of various levels of staff resulted in greater buy-in and consistent messaging.
During the two-year contract term, we were also asked to coordinate with and train key sta to ensure awarded projects were planned, developed and successfully executed over a two year time span. In addition, we trained internal BD team in identifying opportunities, developing partnerships with design, engineering, and consulting partners, and created a process for the complete business development/sales lifecycle from initial discovery, targeting and winning project opportunities.
